This contract sets out the terms and conditions of dockage at Marina Portofino. By accepting this agreement, owners, their crews and guests agree that they are using our facilities at their own risk.

General
Monthly rates include dockage, electricity (one 50 Amp/220V service & one 20 Amp/110V service), fresh water, one storage locker, trash removal, and 24 hour security. A 3-month minimum dockage commitment is required for each “season” reserved.

Visiting vessels agree to comply with all registration/customs/immigration/etc. requirements imposed by the Government of Venezuela, and/or any of its agencies, and to provide the Dockmaster with a copy of all permits, permissions, etc. issued by any government agency.

Reservations and Deposits
A deposit of one month's dockage fee is required to secure your reservation. The balance of your 3 month minimum commitment is due and payable three (3) months before the vessel arrives at the Marina. Dock reservations are only transferable to another vessel owned by the same entity.

Billing
Additional purchases (for example, additional electric service, soft drinks, ice, etc.) will be billed to each vessel weekly. Weekly bills will be due and payable when presented. Bills that are not paid by the 10th of the following month will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month, with a minimum finance charge of $50.00. All dockage and other billings are due and payable in US Dollars by check , wire transfer or pre-approved credit card.

Individual crewmembers and/or guests of visiting vessels will be billed separately for any and all room, food and beverage or other charges. If these bills remain unpaid when the vessel is ready to depart, they will be added to the account of the visiting vessel and will be due and payable before the vessel leaves.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation we will make every effort to rebook your slip. If we are able to rebook, we will refund 50% of your unused deposit. If we are not able to rebook the slip for the dates reserved we will not be able to refund your deposit.

Guests
Each crewmember or guest may bring one (1) guest to our facilities. Guests will be asked to present proof of identification. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any guest.

At Will Tenancy
Visiting crews and guests must recognize that Marina Portofino is a private club whose facilities are not open to the general public. Our goal is to provide a fun, comfortable and safe environment for all of our guests (and employees). Offensive behavior or the use of controlled substances will not be tolerated. Guests who refuse to abide by these policies will be asked to leave the premises and will not be readmitted.
