18 full size slips are available for vessels up to 85 ft. Our rates include dockage, electricity (one 50 Amp/220V service & one 20 Amp/110V service), water, one storage locker, trash removal, and 24 hour security service. Broadband internet access is available for our clients as well, so bring your laptops!
We can also provide ice, soda, beer, and other necessities. Fresh bait is available on site from several local suppliers.
A deposit of one month's dockage fee is required to secure your reservation. Reservations will be honored when accepted by us, on receipt of your deposit and a signed Dockage Contract. Payment of the full 3-month minimum stay (per season, either Winter-Spring or Summer-Fall) is due in advance of each yacht's arrival. Dock purchases will be payable monthly.
Due to local regulations, fuel is not available at our dock, but the Caraballeda Yacht Club and Marina Mar (both inside the Caraballeda breakwater) will be happy to fuel visiting vessels (and they now take credit cards!)

Club Sancocho offers guests a complete breakfast, a light lunch and full dinner menu, and a well-stocked bar. The Slam Shack is our dockside refreshment site. We also offer our guests a fine selection of genuine Cuban and Venezuelan cigars.

We are out of the charter business ourselves, but we still offer full marina services, two bars, a full service restaurant and 20 guest rooms. And we would be happy to help arrange a billfishing charter for you on a variety of different boats.
